Mr. Bashir Bhatti, Director – Computer Xperts, shared his thoughts while visiting the TEVTA Job Fair at Hilton City, Sialkot.

He highlighted that this job fair is a strong example of how skill-based education connects directly with industry needs. TEVTA has trained students in metal trades and other in-demand technical courses, and today these skilled graduates are being introduced directly to factories and industrial decision-makers.

Mr. Bashir Bhatti appreciated the presence of factory managers and company directors, who not only evaluated the students’ skills but also hired many of them on the spot. According to him, this is how real industry linkage should work — training aligned with market demand.

He further said that institutions like TEVTA are playing a vital role in building Pakistan’s workforce, supporting industry growth, and creating respectable employment opportunities for youth.
